When you choose to participate in BreakthrU, you will be exposed to career development opportunities as you participate in a short term project within another department. BreakthrU projects will span across the VCS organization and will offer a variety of opportunities. The experience gained from working in another area will build core competencies and general business acumen. Working closely with fellow colleagues in this way provides insight into other areas and potential future career paths. In addition, you will be able to add value to the projects through your own personal knowledge and skills that will provide a fresh perspective in the sponsoring department.
